Senior Portraits

Is your child getting ready to graduate from high school? It is an exciting time for them, and a stressful time for you. When you're busy with graduation and college applications, the last thing you need is extra stress from senior portraits.

Senior portraits can get pretty complicated, and finding the perfect photographer to capture your senior's personality isn't always easy. So, you might put it off... and then suddenly your senior is off to college! Don't let that happen, we're here to make it simple for you!

So, here's the deal: If you spend time researching, you might end up feeling even more confused than when you started. This can be very frustrating. Each photographer has their own way of doing sessions, breaking things down into how many outfits, locations, or hours.

Giving you so many different options as far as print products and digital products. This can be overwhelming if you have no idea where to start.

The best place to start is taking a deep breath and slow down. Ask yourself where you want to do the session. Would you like a senior beach session or another outdoor location or would you like a studio? This will limit your options a bit based on what you want.

So, think about the following:

Do outfit changes matter to your senior?

How many do you want for the session?

Just know, some photographers have a limit on outfit changes 'cause it takes longer. If you are doing a sunset shoot you want to limit it to just two outfit or we will run out of day light.

Then, what's your end goal?

Do you want prints? Or are the digital files good for you. With our online gallery you will have the option to both prints and digital files. In today's world most people want the digital files but it is nice to have the option.

Are you going to need a yearbook photo? If you do need a yearbook photo make sure you bring the requirements with you to the shoot.
